I have been involved in testing for quite a few years; I started sometime in early 2017. I have already completed several projects in various (mostly) automation positions, alternately in the areas of banking and automotive. I enjoy talking to people, and trainings, workshops, and consultations provide a great opportunity for that! When I'm not engaged in conversation, I like to play sports, eat, or simply hang out, sometimes combining these hobbies in various ways.

Kamila has been in testing since 2010. During that time, she went through several banks, where she stood, for example, at the very beginnings of Smartbanking. Kamila has experience in testing Internet banking, mobile applications, and databases. Since 2017, when she started working in Tesena, she has been working on projects at, for example, Erste bank or KB. She trains SQL and Test analysis courses.

FAQ

How does the recruitment process work?

Usually there are two rounds. In the first we will discuss the options for our cooperation over the phone. We will clarify our mutual expectations and invite you for an in-person meeting. During the meeting you will meet a representative of our team of testers. We will explore your analytical and logical thinking and we will verify your pre-requisites for the position.

What kind of testing?

Majority of projects involve both manual and automated testing, in some cases only FE but primarily BE and databases. Within the framework of integration and system testing, functional and end-to-end tests are most often performed. In case of non-funcitonal tests mostly performance or penetration testing. In order for testing to be meaningful, thorough test analysis is also needed. Work is predominantly done either in an Agile SCRUM or Kanban environment.

What projects await me?

We work for clients in banking, automotive, pharmaceutical, telco and other areas. We primarily test web applications or internal systems such as CRM, ERP, etc. We also test mobile applications and embedded systems.

Will I be on a project alone or will I be a part of a team?

At some clients there are up to twenty of us, other teams are smaller usually around three people.
