David Krist has been the Head of QA and Testing at Livesport, internationally recognized as Flashscore, for the past three years. He brings with him 20 years of experience in software testing. David is dedicated to fostering communication and assertiveness not only within QA teams but also across all development teams, particularly with product management. He firmly believes that developers should deliver software at a predefined quality level and actively engages in discussions about quality within development and product teams. Leading web, mobile, and automation cross-functional teams, David is also heavily involved in managing release and test environments and DevOps activities across the company. His expertise lies in leveraging advanced test automation and AI tools to implement preventive strategies that mitigate risks. David’s approach emphasizes efficient testing practices, incorporating both a “shift left” strategy to catch issues early in the development process and a “shift right” strategy to ensure quality for Livesport users. Outside of his professional life, David enjoys cycling, riding his motorbike, reading books, and spending time with friends.
