Juraj Holeva

Juraj has over 15 years of experience in software testing, test management, software analysis, change management, and people management. His career in IT started in the role of a junior tester in 2008. He gained testing experience in a huge project of core banking system replacement, progressed to a senior tester, and later to a test manager. Even though playing around with software bugs was fun, the desire to design or change applications and solutions was stronger, so he switched sides and became an IT analyst and later a change manager. However, in 2017, Juraj returned to the testing side as the Head of Test Management in Slovenska sporiteňa, which is also his current position. His main focus has been on test automation and RPA. Outside of his professional life, Juraj enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He likes hiking, biking, swimming, and most of all, long-distance road and trail running. He also loves all kinds of work on his house, which he built mostly by himself and carries on with various refinements.
