Lucie Paulíčková

I have over 7 years of experience in HR within international companies, specializing in recruitment, training, and business partnering. For the past 3.5 years, I’ve been working at Tesena, where I’ve been supporting the company’s transition towards a self-managed organizational model. Additionally, I’m involved in Quality Engineering activities, such as organizing workshops and helping people develop skills in communication, facilitation, and other 'human' skills. At Tesena Fest 2024, I will be collaborating with Phil Royston to facilitate an exciting workshop on Quality Engineering.
