How does the cooperation work?

For a selected group of participants, we organize regular meetings with a facilitator. These sessions provide support, guidance, and help prevent burnout.

  • The recommended frequency is once every 14 days for 1.5 hours. However, the frequency can be adapted to individual needs and joint agreement.
  • During the meetings, we offer group consultations - We adapt the scope and format to suit your current needs.
  • We create a safe space for sharing experiences - Open discussion without fear of evaluation.
