Jan Karel

Jan Karel is a seasoned QA professional with almost 20 years of experience in quality assurance and test management. As the Head of QA at Rohlik Group in Prague, Jan enjoys leading his team with focus on test automation and shift left principles in general. His extensive management experience includes senior roles at T-Mobile Czech Republic and CETIN, as well as serving as the Head of the QA Department at O2 Czech Republic, where he successfully managed complex projects and implemented innovative solutions. Outside of work, Jan is a dedicated family man with three children. He loves playing football and squash, skiing, and enjoys spending time at his two cottages, which keep him busy with plenty of maintenance and outdoor activities.
