Information for Whistleblowers

If you have a reasonable suspicion that unlawful conduct or any other violation of legal obligations is occurring within our organization, you have the opportunity to report such conduct. Notifications, in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers, and the Rules for Reporting Unlawful Conduct, Handling Notifications, and Protecting Protected Persons, can be submitted either through an internal reporting channel to the responsible person or through an external reporting channel to the Ministry of Justice.

How to Submit a Report:

  • By sending an email to oznamovani.tesena@gdpr-certifikace.cz;
  • By phone at +420 725 610 580;
  • In person, upon the request of the whistleblower, by appointment with the responsible person at an agreed time, but no later than 14 days from the date of contacting the responsible person, at the company headquarters or another agreed location.

You may submit your report through the internal reporting system anonymously. However, anonymous reports are not considered as notifications under the law.

The whistleblower should have a solid reason to believe that the facts being reported or disclosed are true, based on the circumstances and information available at the time of the report. Knowingly reporting false information is not permitted and may be subject to legal penalties.
